Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In perfect, resalable condition
Because our products are intended for delicate infant skin, any item that has been opened or used cannot be accepted for return, to maintain strict hygiene and safety requirements. -
Return Shipping & Responsibility
• For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method for returns; Alma Nature is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
• Please retain your return tracking number until the return is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or not as described Items
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Leaking
• Or you received the wrong product
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
After verification, we will provide one of the following at no extra cost:
• A full refund, or
• A replacement product, including complimentary reshipping
To resolve the issue quickly, do provide photos or other documentation. -
Allergic Reactions & Opened-Product Exchanges
Your baby’s comfort and safety are at the heart of Alma Nature.
If an allergic reaction occurs:
• We cannot accept the product back once opened; however, we will gladly offer an exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability).
• Please contact customer service with details (including any medical documentation if available) so we can support you compassionately and responsibly. -
Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at purchase whenever possible.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement (timing may vary by bank or payment provider).
• Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of defective/ not as described items. -
Final Sale After 14 Days
After 14 days from the delivery date, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, except in cases of verified defects. This policy supports product freshness, integrity, and safety.

Orders from Third-Party Retailers & International Orders
• If you purchased Alma Nature products from a third-party retailer, please follow that retailer’s return policy.
• For international orders, additional duties, taxes, or carrier policies may apply. Contact us before returning international shipments so we can advise on the best process. -
Recordkeeping & Fraud Prevention
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear fraudulent or abusive (for example, repeated returns that violate our policy).
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges. -
