1. Are the oils suitable for a baby’s skin?
Yes. All oils on our website are formulated for babies’ delicate skin and made from 100% natural ingredients.
2. From what age can I use the oil?
In most cases, the oils can be used from birth. However, I personally recommend avoiding any products during the first 2–3 weeks and allowing your baby to naturally adjust to the world.
As always, perform a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use.
3. Are the oils safe for daily use?
Yes. Our oils are made from gentle, natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives, SLS, or synthetic fragrances.
4. Can the oils be used for baby massage?
Yes! The oil especially recommended for baby massage is our Dreams Oil — gentle, calming, and perfect for relaxation.
5. Do the oils help with dryness, redness, or peeling?
In many cases, yes. Natural oils such as almond oil, chamomile oil, and calendula oil can soothe and nourish the skin.
6. Are the oils hypoallergenic?
Most of our oils are made from gentle ingredients suitable for sensitive skin, but individual sensitivities can occur. A patch test is recommended.
7. How do I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of oil to a small area (such as the inner elbow) and wait 24 hours. If no irritation appears, it is safe to use.
8. Do the products contain fragrance?
Some products have a natural scent derived from the ingredients themselves, with no added synthetic fragrances.
9. Are the oils suitable for adults too?
Yes! Many adults enjoy using oils for massage, relaxation, or caring for sensitive skin.
10. Can the oil be used in the bath?
Yes. The Bath Oil is designed to be added to the bath to soften and nourish the skin. Use caution, as the surface may become slippery.
11. Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes all our products are completely natural, and some are certified organic.
12. How should the oil be stored?
Store in a cool, shaded place. Refrigeration is not required.
13. What is the shelf life of the oils?
Usually 12 months after opening, depending on the product.
14. Can I return or exchange a product?
